Miami Swim Week is an industry wide event that takes place in Miami every year where designers, brands, buyers, press, and media come together to network and do business. In recent year, an event producer registered the name Miami Swim Week as it's own trademark (on the Supplemental registry, not the Principal registry) and trying to claim Miami Swim Week as its own. There's currently a challenge to the trademark and it is pending deletion from the supplemental trademark registry.
